How it works

  3. 3Your customer paysThey scan or transfer from any wallet or exchange, or connect their wallet and sign a single transaction.
  4. 4On-chain confirmationWe detect the payment on the network and confirm it in seconds (minutes on Ethereum or Bitcoin). A signed webhook reaches your system.
  5. 5Direct settlementThe money goes to your payout wallet. If you prefer, it accrues in your Cripay balance and you withdraw whenever you want.

Two ways to pay, at the same level

Scan or transferWe show the exact amount, the address and a QR with the payment URI. Works from Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Trust or any wallet. The checkout says which network to use and updates by itself.
Connect a walletMetaMask, Phantom or any WalletConnect wallet. One transaction for the exact amount, signed by the payer, through our settlement contract.

Partial, late and expired payments

  • If less arrives, the checkout shows the remaining amount and the same address; the rest adds up automatically.
  • If the price expired and the payment lands within 24 h, we still detect it and let you know.
  • If more arrives, the merchant receives the full amount and the payment is marked as overpaid.

Frequently asked questions

What about volatility?

The crypto price is locked when the customer opens the checkout and held while the clock runs. Stablecoins have no volatility: 1 USDT = 1 USD.

Do I need a node or infrastructure?

No. We index the networks and notify you by webhook. If you want, the code is open source and you can host it yourself.

Can I charge in person?

Yes. The app works like a POS: type the amount, show the QR, and the payment confirms on screen with a chime.
